The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films has announced the nominations for the 34th Annual Saturn Awards. Dexter has picked up a few nominations and one for Michael himself! He is nominated in the Best Actor on Television category for Dexter. Congrats & good luck to Michael! His fellow nominees are Edward James Olmos (Battlestar Galactica), Matt Dallas (Kyle XY), Kevin McKidd (Journeyman), Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies) and Matthew Fox (Lost). I have added a handful of ‘new’ episode stills from the first season of Dexter to celebrate the show’s release on CBS tomorrow. If you have not had the chance to see Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan yet, please be sure to tune in tomorrow to see this brilliant performance and series.

Although Michael C. Hall and Liev Schrieber (The Omen) have been rumored for the part of the villainous William Stryker in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the role has reportedly gone to actor Danny Huston, most known from his work as the lead vampire in 30 Days of Night.
JoBlo.com reports that Huston will play the younger version of the military scientist played in X2: X-Men United by Brian Cox, and that he’s already in New Zealand preparing for the role. Stryker is the brains behind the Weapon X program that turned Logan into the adamantium-laced Wolverine.
USA Today has published the very first still of Hugh Jackman in the movie so production is very much underway and filming as we speak. Hopefully an official casting announcement will happen soon and we can find out some truth to the matters.
Thanks to Ally for the heads up, we have scans from the February 11th issue of TV Guide! In the brief article, it’s lists 5 reasons they love Dexter and there is old Emmy Magazine picture of Michael. Be sure to check them out!
Dexter‘s first season (edited for basic television of course) will begin re-airing on February 17th at 10:00PM on CBS. If you’ve never caught the series before, now is your chance. Don’t miss it!

I’ve made clips of my favorite scenes from the first episode of Six Feet Under. It is full of all kinds of awesomeness so it was hard to limit it to just four clips.
Never the less, enjoy the videos!

On behalf of all of the fans, we want to wish a very happy birthday to Mr Hall, who turns 37-years old today. Happy birthday and all the best on your special day, Michael!
I’ve uploaded seven clips from Michael’s only two released films so far – Bereft and Paycheck. If you’ve only seen Michael’s work on Six Feet Under or Dexter, you should really check them out. It’s so interesting seeing him in characters that aren’t so well known and established!

We now have good quality downloads of the clips of Michael at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, as well as a clip of him on the red carpet. I have made captures of all of this too and those can be seen in the Image Gallery. Many thanks to Roberta and Mariana for their contributions. Also as mentioned in the previous update edit, more photos have been added.
