Nominees for the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards for outstanding performances in 2009 were announced this morning in Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center’s Silver Screen Theater in West Hollywood. And Michael is a double nominee!

Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series
Simon Baker – The Mentalist
Bryan Cranston – Breaking Bad
Michael C. Hall – Dexter
Jon Hamm – Mad Men
Hugh Laurie – House

Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series
The Closer
Dexter
The Good Wife
Mad Men
True Blood

Dexter also received a nomination fro Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series. The 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be simulcast live nationally on TNT and TBS on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, 7 p.m. CT, and 6 p.m. MT from the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center.
