While Dexter struggles with how to handle Rita’s desire for them to move in together before they get married, Miguel tells Dexter about a husband who has gotten away with killing two of his wives for financial gain. For Dexter, this seems like the perfect candidate to satisfy his dark urge and his need, like every man under relationship pressures, to get away. Dexter tracks the murderer to Bimini. While on the hunt, Rita has a medical emergency and he is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Debra works with Anton, her confidential informant to track down one of Freebo’s criminal confidants. But Debra finds herself oddly attracted to Anton.

It has been a long time since we have heard anything about Michael’s upcoming film Game. Well, the future trapped-in-a-video-game thriller had its first test screenings, and the results were not great.

According to an Ain’t It Cool News source that was in one of the screenings, the Gerard Butler-starring Game is a terrible fail and in need of a complete overhaul from start to finish. Even more disappointingly, Michael C. Hall and Butler’s incredible acting abilities are buried under a mass of poor action scenes and bad dialogue. It’s not surprising that the producers of Crank would unleash a fast paced movie that may be a bit confusing at times, but it’s a dreadful shame to think that Hall and Butler aren’t being fully utilized. Some minor spoilers below the cut.

“Thank you very much… I mean I guess it goes without saying that you could kill somebody with one of these things… It’s really gratifying for myself, for Julie, for James, for all the cast, everybody who keeps the Dexter ball rolling forward to know that we encourage people individually and even collectively to gather in meditation and consideration and celebration of the simulation of arguably justified murder.”
